Mike H was phenomenal!! He addressed each issue I had with my sinks and toilets. He replaced aerators in both the powder and MBR bathrooms to restore the water flow to the sinks. Under the sink in the MBR he replaced the shutoff valve that was stuck in the off position. He further addressed my concerns about the sounds my toilets were making when flushed. He adjusted the flush valve and explained why the water levels in each toilet were at different levels and that after testing there was no issue with clogged pipes. I needed Emergency Services due to sewer backup in basement. I actually had Roto Rooter out 10 days earlier. Obviously they didn’t do the job properly. S&K Plumbing was able to get here with in the hour. Dylan Worden came prepared for just about anything. Dylan had to basically start over due to Roto Rooter not clearing the lines out properly. He found the obstruction which was somewhere heading out to street. I was very happy Dylan came out, he was extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person to deal with. Job well done
