Called this company early Sunday morning when my basement started taking on water. Of all the so called 24 hour companies they were the only one that had a human answer the phone and actually returned my call to help early Sunday morning. We talked over issue and as long as the sump pump was working again we could fix the issue later. We let them go on to other emergency calls. I appreciate the quick call back and their willingness to help in a very unusual situation with the flash flooding. We will use this company next time we need any plumbing help or other services they do.
10 stars! S&K expertly fixed my complete main sewer line failure/collapse/obstruction - which had made my home unlivable. They responded immediately to stabilize my emergency, and then went to great lengths to fit me into their busy schedule to fix the issue - which required excavation of my concrete driveway. Brian and his team are responsive, kind, transparent, and most importantly, do expert work at a fair price. When every shower drain/toilet in the finished parts of my home started geysering sewer water on a Saturday, I cold-called S&K after my own longtime plumber Mr. Holland’s (whom I pay to be a service club member) had refused to dispatch a plumber that day...read full review
