Any time I need assistance, John and Crystal are always quick to respond and super helpful. Whether it's a maintenance issue or a general question, they’re on it right away. Monika takes care of my hair. She is extremely attentive and takes her time to make sure what she is doing is exactly what you want. She is very friendly and when I am there I feel peaceful. Her space is quiet and quaint. I highly recommend her.

I was a renter at My Salon Suite for over two years, and my experience was far from positive. While I enjoyed the company of fellow renters, many of whom left around the same time I did due to the high rent and problems. I encountered numerous issues from the moment I moved in.
Firstly, despite promises that my rent would remain stable for a couple of years, my rent unexpectedly increased. Additionally, the suite I received was tiny and in poor condition; I had to purchase my own chair and table, and the space was not cleaned before I moved in.
When I decided to leave to open my own salon, I was hit with a charge of nearly $1,500 for wall patching and replace a stained sink countertop that was not damaged by me. My attempts to discuss these charges with the owner, John, were met with indifference. He seems more focused on money than on supporting the success of his renters.
The facilities themselves are lacking—there’s no break room or fridge for food storage, and the laundry machine is often dirty and overpriced. The carpet has a terrible smell and is perpetually covered in hair, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Basic supplies like soap and toilet paper in the bathroom were frequently empty.
Overall, I cannot recommend My Salon Suite to any beauticians. There are plenty of other options for renting suites out there—check around before you make a decision. This specific owner also runs locations in Greenfield and Illinois, so please avoid My Salon Suite if you can. For over $1,000 a month, the numerous problems and lack of upkeep make it not worth the investment.

Exclusively yours wellness spa owned by Chandra is amazing! She is a sweet, attentive, dedicated business woman. Not only is her personality great, the quality of her work is superb! My manicure is going on two weeks now and my pedi looks like i just left. She is a fantastic spa and i cant wait to have more treatments! Keep up the great work Chandra!
