Madison in the Pewaukee office changed that for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and actually made our experience fun! Who knew that was possibly! All our phones were upgraded with no issues. Madison even helped a couple weeks later with our daughter who was away at college, thank goodness for facetime:-) The day we came in Madison was training Jacob and Travis (who were fantastic as well), she was awesome with them!
