Excellent experience as a new patient. Check in process was very efficient. Tech was very nice and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr. Katherine is a kind upbeat person. The time spent with her was not rushed. She explained everything and made recommendations for me.

Milw Eyecare in Brookfield was very thorough and friendly. I was referred to them by my primary eye doctor to be tested for glaucoma. The technician was great & the eye doctor was very informative & patient. He explained things to where I understood what he was talking about. The only complaint I would have is that the wait times were pretty long. They seem to be overbooked as it was packed with patients in the lobby & took a little over a half hr before I was called to be seen. My appt was at 9 AM & I wasn't called until 9:40. I would definitely recommend Milw Eyecare.

We recently completed a beautiful project at Milwaukee Eye Care’s Brookfield location, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working closely with Lisa and Jodi, who were both organized, responsive, and wonderful to collaborate with throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a great staff experience really showed in the final result. Overall, a fantastic team and an organization that truly cares about quality. I’d gladly work with them again and highly recommend Milwaukee Eye Care.
