The results I have gotten are fantastic so I would definitely recommend Ideal Image to my friends. However, in recent months, there has been a lack of proper staffing at the Brookfield and Greenfield locations: my appointments were canceled 4 TIMES!!!! Very inconvenient and unprofessional. One day I drove to an appointment at the Brookfield office and it was just closed completely (date was 9/25/2023). I hope you get your team staffed properly because the lack of employees has tarnished an otherwise flawless experience with Ideal Image over the course of 18 months.

I travelled an hour and a half to the Brookfield office. I was greeted so pleasantly and was happy to see a familiar face from Fox Point. I was taken back exactly on schedule. The nurse did a wonderful job and was quite pleasant. Even though it's a long drive for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
