I have recently returned to Heidi after a break of a few years, and I am so glad I did. She is currently helping to release a tight muscle, and the progress has been excellent after just a few 30-minute sessions. Heidi is absolutely the best, and I am so glad to be back in her care.

I came to her with chronic neck, shoulder, arm, wrist, and upper back pain.
After almost 3 years of massages from other therapists, physical therapy, etc Heidi was able to get me PAIN FREE IN JUST A FEW VISITS! Back to the gym I go!
