I was very impressed with Dr. Jenness. He does very thorough work, and keeps you informed about what's happening, and yet to come. He is also very polite, and has a great bedside manner. It is always really nice to find a dentist who actually cares about about their patients well-being, as well as has the patience to explain (or give a nice drawing in my case) the current, or future procedures, that need to be completed. It seems like over time, dentists generally don't like to communicate with "layman" patients, about the schematics and technicalities, possibly because they've done it so many times before; and typically seem to just want to do... read full review

The hygienist and front desk staff were absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable about costs of procedures which is important to me. The hygienist addressed my concerns with sensitivity and was very helpful and informative. The dentist seemed very knowledgeable, but I felt a little overwhelmed by all of the dental work he advised I have done. I didn't feel like I could ask as many questions or clarify as much as I would have liked. I have a limited income (I went to this location after purchasing a $50 Groupon for cleaning and exam) and I walked out feeling like there was no way I could possibly afford to care for my mouth as recommended. I recently had a sore tooth & went to see Dr. Jenness for the first time. I saw him at 10am and he decided a root canal was in order, since he already had 3 root canals to do that morning he asked if I wanted to come back in the afternoon. That was fine since I work about 4 miles from the office. When I got back to the office about 3:00pm I only had to wait about 5 minutes. This was the 1st time I've had a root canal done so I was really nervous. He explained everything very well so that helped.
