Elmbrook Schools Family Wellness Center, Powered by Marathon Health

It's unfortunate that this is the first review for this clinic. I recently had an appointment to see a physician which went okay. I needed to get in contact with the clinic on Tuesday June 13th, and only could get through twice between the hours of 830am - 3pm. I called upwards of 20 times throughout the day. I needed to get in contact to have an ultrasound order placed. I finally got through at 12pm. The receptionist said she would fax it over. It is now 3pm, and she did not fax it over. The wellness clinic and I had an ultrasound scheduled the same day at 330. Very inconvenient for me and the ultrasound clinic.

This clinic is operated by Quad Medical. I had never heard of this clinic that serves those under the Elmbrook School health insurance. I had to get a flu shot for work and this covered the shot under my insurance. It is a rather small office and is a typical family internal medicine clinic. No imaging equipment, but good for your typical cold & sore throat diagnosis and for general prescription needs. I did not use the doctor, I only visited the nurse so I can't comment further. For general needs that you might go to an emergency clinic this would suffice. Not sure why else you would come here over your general practitioner though.
