Love Roy & Associates! When your rambunctious child needs glasses at 4 yo, expect a lot of broken frames. Everyone here has been so helpful in making sure the ones we buy have a warranty and then making the replacement process SO easy so she is missing her glasses a minimal amount of time. They've done quickie repairs and adjustments for us at no charge whenever possible. They're also excellent at working with kids, even those too young to cooperate with the standard tests and processes. Dr Roy and his associates were challenged with coming up with the right prescription for my husband after several eye surgeries. They definitely stood behind their "happiness guarantee" by very patient listening to his needs and working to get things right for him. We could not give a higher recommendation for everyone we have dealt with at this clinic.
