We bought three 24/7 chairs for our control room. Best chairs we ever had. Comfortable, very sturdy, structurally sound. The price for a 24/7 is going to be higher than a normal office chair which is to be expected but i was shocked at how reasonable these were to other 24/7 chairs from other companies. We've had these chairs for 6 years and they are still in service. We only had one warranty claim on the tilt mechanism that broke just before the warranty ran out. Service staff was great, that shipped me the replacement parts at no cost and we got them within a week.
