Our dog in the past has always seen Dr. Wertz who has been incredible. I would highly recommend him to others. Our recent visits were with Dr. Emily Weaver and Jena, have not been up to the usual standards. We never received a follow up call as stated regarding the next steps of care. Per Bluemound Animal Hospital they are experiencing a major staffing shortage which is causing longer hold times on the phone and an average of 15-30 minute wait for appointments. Hopefully their team is able to find new staff members to improve the client experience.

We've been taking our animals to Bluemound for 10 years. They are honest and caring. We currently have 2 cats, one which got FIP and almost didn't make it but Dr. Emily Weaver went above and beyond to make sure our cat had the best chance. She gave us a lot of information, and supported our decisions. Our cat is now thriving, and loves our other cat as well.

Dr. Emily Weaver is absolutely amazing! Brought both my cats to her (one with a medical need & boosters, other just boosters) and the information/knowledge she has is absolutely wonderful. She took such good care of my cats and handled them with lots of love. Great recommendations. Easy to talk to and honestly fun to share cat stories with. She’s my family’s “cat whisperer”. Highly recommend!
