We have taken two dogs to Jeff for training and both have had great experiences. We left him with puppies and picked up bird dogs; which is exactly what we wanted! Neither dog wanted to leave! You can tell he truly cares about the dogs and helping you and your dog make the best team you can be out in the field. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what he did. We are happy with both our experiences! We will be bringing any future dogs we own to Lumpy’s for training.

Just picked up our 2nd Spinone puppy from Jeff. I recommend Jeff/Lumpys's for anyone looking for a dog. Jeff responds well and is easy to talk with. He is upfront and honest without being pushy or pressuring and has a lot of information. If you are interested in a hunting dog or curious about some of the breeds he works with do not hesitate to call!Our first puppy, Bruno was amazing at home and in the field. We passed the NAVHDA Natural Ability test with a prize 3 and had a mild hunting season.Otis is the new puppy we just brought home! He is well natured and calm. Looking forward to getting Otis in the field!

We purchased a spinone puppy from Jeff and it's been a great experience! Jeff has been communicative and friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. The puppy is a delight and we can't wait to watch her grow. Would absolutely recommend
