Butch was called and came out to repair a stove and fryer. He was able to resolve both issues with accuracy and speed. He explained what was happening and how he was going to repair it. In addition he called later in the day to follow-up on if things were still running good.
Called me back decently. Very knowledgeable on appliances. Was able to diagnose mine over phone. Was still willing to come out and look if I couldn’t get it. Will call again if need more help!
Called Butches appliance at 430 and left a message that I was looking for a part for my refrigerator water valve. He called back a little after 5 and said he thinks he had the part. I sent him a picture and he called backed and confirmed he had what I needed. So I figured I would have to wait til the next day to pick up since it was after business hours.
