I put a hole in the condenser coil taking it apart to clean it (don’t do that) and Kolton was here in less than an hour and a half. He was all set to fix it and I let him know it hadn’t been running right for a couple years, was very old. Determined to get a new unit, no pressure to be upsold and had the new unit up and running less than 48hrs later. Great to deal with, I’d give 10 stars if I could.
