The business offers various programs, including Board and Train and Large Field Socialization, designed to meet the needs of families and their pets. The reviews highlight the excellent results achieved by the trainers. A customer shared how their dogs, a biological bigger brother and little sister from the same litter, went through two weeks of training with Al. The girl, who arrived at four months old without training and with bad behavior, came home a well-behaved girl after her program. Her brother also received training, and now both dogs get more praise and very little correction, making the family happy. Another customer described how Allen did an outstanding job with their 3 1/2-year-old rescue dog, who was very anxious. They were skeptical at first, but after a free consultation, they saw how Allen gently and patiently showed the dog who the leader was. Allen explained dog psychology and his training methods, emphasizing that training the owner is often the hardest part. With Allen’s ongoing support, the owner now has the understanding and tools to be an effective leader and give the dog a better life. The reviews also mention the use of training collars, often called "shock collars," which trainers use carefully and humanely to help with training. Overall, the reviews show a dog training facility that focuses on building trust and respect between owners and their pets. The staff are trained and professional, and the facility is well managed and clean. With personalized programs and humane methods, In Touch Dog Training & Rehabilitation continues to earn the trust and satisfaction of its clients, who have seen remarkable changes in their dogs’ behavior and well-being.
I brought my 2 pups in for training at In touch. The training they received has given me 5 years of wonderful obedient dogs. I cannot say enough good things about Alan, the training they do as well as the long term relationship I can count on. I’ve boarded my pets there too! I recommend them frequently.
Two American (Pychos lol) Bulldogs. Biological bigger brother and little sister from the same litter. She came later into our home, we got him at 8 weeks he was doing fine. She came 4 months old and had no training, left in a kennel to fend for herself, worried, scarred, and didn't even have a name. When we rescued her, she brought bad behavior, and her brother had started to need more correction than praise, as he was adopting her behavior. She was sent for two weeks of puppy training with Al she came home a well-behaved girl a couple of weeks later, the boy went for his two weeks. Now they both get more praise and very little correction. We are one happy family

While I was skeptical going in that anyone could make a difference with Char, I was made a believer within the first five minutes of our free 1 hour consultation. I literally couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how Allen gently, and patiently let Char know that he was the leader, and that Char needed to listen, and comply to simple commands. Which he did. Who is this dog?!?! After that demonstration, Allen thoroughly explained dog psychology, his training philosophy and methods. As Allen explained, training the dog is the easy part.
