Durable Roofing had a tough assignment. Remove a cedar shingle roof from a large log home and an asphalt shingle roof from a garage and replace with metal. And get it all done before winter. Daniel was great at communicating. The on-site foreman was always upbeat, polite, and answered all our questions. Snow came early and heavy around Thanksgiving. His crew worked in all kinds of crazy weather - rain, snow, high winds, temps near zero some days. Arriving early, working late under light from their truck headlights. These folks are top notch! In a world where most contractors are poor at communicating, bad at quotes, and downright horrendous to work with, Durable Roofing is a nice oasis. I was very happy with the work that was done and the quality.
Let me just say our project did not go smoothly, we found more rotten wood in my garage roof than I could have imagined due to the poor work from the two previous contractors. Durable roofing took it in stride and gave me reasonable explanations as to why it was going to be more time and labor. The roof top patio turned out beautifully and the work looks 10x better than the previous hack who turned our roof into Swiss... read full review
