The team at Birchwood Comfort Systems is really helpful and highly recommend. They fixed an AC instead of replacing it, showing an honest sign of quality. Their after hours customer service was fantastic, and they respond in less than 24 hours, even during a busy 4th of July week. They bring parts right away, are courteous, professional, and provide very good value and high quality service.

These guys were amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They got back to me in less 24 hours during a busy 4th of July week. Came out right away. Needed a part in rice lake and they went and got it and returned to my place in an hour. Very courteous and professional. Very good value for the high quality of service!
