4 stars for outdoor patio and 2 stars (maybe 1) for landscaping, for an average star score of 3. Communication and quality of plants was not great. Outdoor patio design is really nice, but the boarder quality could be better.
Due to a building fire, we had zero communication for a year. Although we did reach out multiple times during that year with no response. It was later explained to us that all records were lost in the fire. However, in a digitalized world a simple email to communicate delays would have been appreciated.
We eventually switched landscaping companies to complete our landscaping needs.
We just had Extreme Exteriors install a deck for us in the back yard. The deck is beautiful and we are very excited with the end result. We also are very appreciative of the work that Bari did, as she was always working with us to make sure that we were being taken care of. We had a couple of minor issues, but she made sure that they were addressed as quickly as possible. Very happy with the end result and are looking forward to our landscaping project with them!
We absolutely love our new outdoor space. We had Extreme Exteriors design and install both a deck and hardscaping (patio + retaining walls/stairs). The teams that came to our house did an amazing job - they helped to keep our spaces useable as much as possible while in the process of install. The completed the project much faster than I anticipated and were very communicative when issues arose. Would recommend for landscape designing, retaining walls and decking.Services: Retaining walls
