“The second we walked in ,I felt like I had just entered a family member's house for a holiday gathering. Everyone was like hi and welcome, would you like this, and can we get you this. How are you and what can we do. They listened to what I wanted, and what I needed to avoid. And customized the entire session accordingly. I never felt like she was rushed. Or was rushing. She managed to cut around his ear without a loud shaver, so he never jumped or covered his ears.
