“The second we walked in ,I felt like I had just entered a family member's house for a holiday gathering. Everyone was like hi and welcome, would you like this, and can we get you this. How are you and what can we do. They listened to what I wanted, and what I needed to avoid. And customized the entire session accordingly. I never felt like she was rushed. Or was rushing. She managed to cut around his ear without a loud shaver, so he never jumped or covered his ears. She was amazing,She engaged with him asking him questions and also just letting him be if he didn't want to talk.( He got to play Xbox
