Jim helped us over the phone to diagnose the problem and recommended we bring the parts in rather than pay for a service call to save money. Nice! He was at the Big Bend store today, looked at our parts and sold us what we needed, even adjusting the new motor/pump to fit our set up. This store always has what I want and the staff is very helpful!!

We have a 17 year old hot springs hot tube that quit working. Aqua Fun Pools & Spas sent out a knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the problem. Aqua Fun Pools & Spas ordered and installed the new circuit board. The technician (Joe) was very pleasant and knowledgeable he installed the circuit board and verified that all aspects of the hot tub were functioning properly.

I had a fabulous experience today at the Big Bend store. The two people that helped me were just outstanding. They went out of their way to solve a problem I was having and I can’t thank them enough. It is rare in this world today to find such great customer service!
