We take all our pets large and small to this clinic. We love the communication we get from the staff. They thoroughly explain test results and all findings. Our vet followed up with us personally more than once to see how our dog was doing. We have taken our small animals cats and dogs to the office. We have had our large animal vet come out and administer vaccines to our farm animals. We have had great experiences with both vets and their staff. They are able to do spay and neuter at this clinic. Messages are always forwarded and responses are always returned with a phone call. We highly recommend this veterinary office.
We have been using Berlin Vet for years for our large farm animals and they have always been great. I now have a cat who comes to Berlin vet for her check ups and a couple months ago had a health scare. Dr. Holt was the BEST and extremely informative about what was going on. She gave me hope through the entire situation and was super transparent about options and the issues my cat was experiencing. When X-Rays were taken, she walked me through all of the images in detail so there was absolutely nothing I was not aware of. She was so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed. Have been going here for years, the entire staff has always been very respectful, knowledgeable while greeting you every visit with a smile. They all care for and treat our fur babies like they were their own family members. Every visit I give them a thumbs up. Great staff, great treatments and great experiences.
