Had a septic problem and needed an emergency pumping after 9pm. Only place I called that was willing to come out and do it! Everyone else apparently thought no one had problems after 5pm. Very appreciative of this company.

I met a guy pumping at anonymous location today around 3:30. He deserves 1,000,000 gold stars for offering to help me unload a piece of furniture without hesitation while he was waiting! Way to go for being a kind, considerate, and just well rounded human being! Thank you!

I created a review on Google that they responded to that I thought was entertaining so since I couldn’t respond to their response, I’ll do it here. You can see the attached picture with my review and their response. I tried to express constructive criticism in regards to their horrible communication and rather then being understanding and professional, they decided to clap back saying I am “welcome to take [my] service elsewhere if [I’m] not happy.” I called “during the week” to try and get a hold of someone and expected an answer hence their “24 hour” open hours but no luck.
