The walkways are always so clogged with merchandise skids that it's difficult to steer a cart around a corner without hitting anyone. Moreso if you got kids with you.Please stop trying to make extra aisles of stuff in the walkways.

Using my Medicare advantage OTC card here was a frustrating experience. Out of so many things that I could buy with it, and others I'd bought before weren't covered, even though I'd looked beforehand on the OTC website to make sure they were. GET IT TOGETHER, WALMART!!!

I have a love-hate relationship with Walmart. What I love about it is the one-stop-shop convenience, the honesty of the auto department workers, the low cost and fast speed of the custom cakes, and the location. What I hate is the lack of customer service skills possessed by almost every employee I've spoken to, the lack of help in the customer service center (lines tend to be very long and slow moving), the difficulty in getting an answer when calling the store, the small spaces at the self checkout (no kore conveyer belts), and the lack of items on the shelves (I've seen items out of stock for months on end). Walmart--convenient, but a zoo.
