I can not say enough great things. We had our annual maintenance service done on our boiler by a different company. Within minutes of being here they told my husband it needed to be replaced. We had Thiele come out for a second opnion, they did a through cleaning and had to replace a part but it is good to go now and no need to spend 1,000s on a new unit. I recommend them to everyone.
Great service, accurate and efficient. They are people orientated and are amazing to work with.

These guys are great. They have added a mini spilt about 4 years ago and everything is still good there. They were on time, honest, and completed everything relatively quickly.
Now fast forward to today. I had issues with my main unit (not the one they added). I called them they walked me through the “in-the-mean-time things to do, to prevent any further damage” and then they got me scheduled for the next day. Ryan was my tech this time. He was not only was he honest (not trying to sell me on a new unit), but he walked me through the steps of the initial diagnostics for it and then educated me throughout the full process.
