Phil was great and very professional. He ran multiple diagnostic scenarios on my iPhone13 which unfortunately resulted in him informing me that he could not fix the problem. He did give me good advice and I ended up getting a 15 yesterday afternoon. Thank you.

They did a good job cleaning my PC and updating my GPU drivers. These were issues that I was having trouble solving on my own. They weren't able to solve all the problems I was having with my device, though, which was somewhat disappointing given the cost of the deposit for having it serviced.

This team is always very prompt and knowledgeable. They work great together and with our Company! We have had many IT projects that Premier has helped us accomplish in our growing company. We are grateful to have their expertise.
