They not only designed a home that gave us everything we asked for, but they took those plans and built a beautiful, high quality, low maintenance home that we love to show off to our friends and family. Buying a brand new home was a bit nerve wracking, but Stacy did a great job throughout the entire process, and truly took the fear out of the new build process. We made sure to embrace the fact that a brand new home is going to settle, and possibly obtain some flaws. We had no major issues at all. Every concern we had throughout the warranty period was addressed showing the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We absolutely love our home, and will be sure to invite Nextgen for future projects.
