We are the second owners of a NextGen home. When we had water coming into our basement, I reached out to NextGen to see if they could tell me anything, so that I would not have to blindly troubleshoot the issue. Not only was NextGen able to help identify the problem, but NextGen helped to coordinate the repair. Later, when a storm caused siding damage to our home, NextGen helped order the exact siding to match the home and coordinated installation. In my experience, the NextGen team has exhibited integrity, excellent workmanship, and prompt communication throughout the process. I would not hesitate to have NextGen build another home for us!
We built our house in 2021 with Next Generation and we love it. We had some facia blow off a few weeks back, so I reached out to them in hopes they would fix it, however, I am outside of my warranty so my confidence they would fix it was low. With no questions asked they sent a guy over to fix them as they stand by their work. He was extremely friendly and professional and even walked around to make sure nothing else was coming loose. Great company to buy a he from!
We built a Beautiful custom River home with Next Generation over 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier. They were easy to work with and we got everything we wanted for an excellent price. I would highly recommend them for your custom home build! The quality and craftsmanship is hard to find.
