I had an amazing experience at Bud Weiser Motors! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional and made the process smooth and quick! The service department took the time to explain everything that was done to my car and answered all my questions about my Cadillac. While I was waiting, I looked at their cars for sale and it seems like they have a wide variety of price ranges and styles! I'll definitely be coming here for my next vehicle because of the customer service!

I contacted Budweiser Motors because I was having issues with my car on my way home from work. I spoke with Shawn and he allowed me to come in right away to see what the issue was. When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. Drove to Beloit to visit some friends, and needed an oil change/service. I went to BW just because I have a new Silverado. Called the day before and got an appointment. I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.
