They installed ac and furnace 4 years ago. Just had annual inspection. Great customer service. One thing is you know if you have problems, they will be there for. Service Tec was great.
Great service. I had central heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier installed, but the next day I discovered I had no hot water. I called, and one of the owners arrived in less than an hour. They had forgotten to relight the pilot light after installing the humidifier. He fixed the issue quickly and answered my additional questions. I called at 11:15 a.m., and by 12:39 p.m., my hot water was restored.
Our vehicle broke down near the shop. The receptionist offered to have the shop workers push our vehicle to a safer location. The 3 employees were helpful and respectful. Well done!
