Kittleson concrete did the garage floor at our new home. Within eight months, the floor began spalling badly. The contractor came out and admitted there was an issue and needed to be repaired and offered to rip out the front 4 feet of the garage; however, this would add a new seam where water could seep into the floor and cause more issues, or he would cover the material and labor cost of that repair should we move forward with a re-surfacing of the garage ($1500). After moving forward with the latter, and after repeated calls to rectify the situation, I never heard from the contractor again until three years and six months later when they claimed there was never a defect...read full review
