Everything you need with a great atmosphere. Matt is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. They have a nice playroom! That's crucial if you're a parent like I am. Highly recommend everyone get more active, and this IS your place if you're nearby.

Great place with all the equipment needed for training. Staff is very dedicated to your fitness goals and there every step of the way for you. The wealth of knowledge and expert advice is but one of the many perks to joining this gym. Members get classes of Zumba, Yoga, and Tai Chi to name a few. I've been a member for over a year now and am AMAZED at the transformation they have helped me achieve. This is the place to be.

Express Fitness is surprisingly larger than it looks on the exterior of the building. There are many free classes for members and a personal trainer who you can set up appointments with. I was skeptical of joining at first without going inside because I thought there is no way I'd have all the same equipment I had at Princeton Club. I was surprised to find they actually had everything I needed, plus a few excellent perks - a bunch of fitness magazines that have inspired me to work out harder.
