Wyllow Pet Hospital is a dream come true for my dogs. I have 3 large dogs all with great anxiety. Ashley and Dr Smith are wonderful! My dogs always feel loved and so do I! They always make sure to explain what’s going on! I mentioned I was worried about the bill and they got me an estimate before they even saw my second dog and started treating him. 10/10 would recommend. Great people and a great environment.

Wyllow pet has always taken good care of our baby and now babies. They remember them by name and our boys love seeing their favorite people at the vet. Especially Lindsay and Erica!

I wanted to say Thank you to the staff at Pet Wyllow Hospital. They really are understanding and careing people that work there. I recently had to say goodbye to may cat and through the process of service and the declining health, they really were patient and understanding of my feelings when i had to say goodbye. Your true love of animals shows in the service you provide.

This January (2025) will mark 23 years of going to Wyllow. They've cared for 10 of my cats and 2 dogs over that time. Never a problem getting an appt.; even last minute if there's something that can't wait, they always squeeze me in. Staff is always very friendly to me and my fur babies, and I feel like they know my animals well. Options for any treatment are always thoroughly discussed and my choice is respected. I've never felt judged or pressured to have additional workups/treatments done if I've chosen a more reserved method. Dr. Smith has even called me after hours sometimes when I've had some unusual issue or needed some more details on something; she would do some research and/or post on vet boards to get answers. I'm very happy with them and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Took my kitten there 3 times now for his initial vaccine shots. First off, very expensive.The front desk lady is less than friendly to put it nicely. She seemed annoyed every time. She was also a bit pushy with me over the phone about getting the rabies shot, which I declined. Even after that, I STILL decided to make an appointment with them to get my kitten neutered. She said they can't do it because I declined the Rabies vaccine. Taking my business elsewhere.

Prices are way out of line and they will do procedures and exams on your animal that you don’t ask for or that you specifically tell them not to do and they’ll do it anyways and have the audacity to charge you for it.
