He took my computer at the last second, and was very respectful, as well as very knowledgeable. He was willing to put a rush on it because I needed it done quickly. He finished it before he said he would, which was a very nice surprise. There was a small issue with the repair, but he responded immediately and took care of it same day within hours. Very happy with the work he did, and I will definitely return to him with future repairs.

Lewis did an excellent job in identifying our computer problem and getting our issues resolved. He did it in a timely manner and kept us informed of options and the repair status. We are appreciative of his services and are happy that he is in our community. His prices are fair and he provided thoughtful alternatives to the work that was done.

Louis pulled off the impossible for me. Computers and servers had been frozen and sitting for years. He recovered everything and got it all on the cloud! I highly recommend him because of his deep understanding of all the challenges of those darn computers!
