Eric hopped on my computer right away and tried to see if he could fix my issue. Once he did all he could, he escalated my issue, Luke came to the office and was able to discover that the issue as in the wiring; which he fixed right away. I was able to go back to work with very little interruption to my day.Thank you to both Eric and Luke!

I have been going to Inter-Quest for many years and I am always impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. The entire staff is exemplary from Darla who coordinates the Technicians and especially my "go to guy" Eric Mathwich! I am glad we have such a fine service available in our community.

My entire experience with Inter-Quest was pleasant. From my first call, to the several calls back and forth due to my schedule changing, to picking up my machines once the work was done - every one of the staff members I had interactions with - Eric, Darla and Dave - were polite and accomodating. And most importantly, they were able to perform exactly what I asked for (getting files off two old computers, plus a tune-up on my business laptop) and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Inter-Quest and I will be using them again, for both my personal tech needs, as well as for my business.
