I have used Air Cares services twice now. Both experiences were great . The technicians were knowledgeable ,honest and efficient. First visit was when it was very cold in winter for furnace work and second was for summer for ac maintenance.

I have had so many positive interactions with Air Care. We live in a historic 1898 Victorian with crazy old radiators and cast iron piping. Intimidating, to say the least. When we replaced our boiler, Air Care unfortunately had to shift our install date. No problem, but a week before the new install date, our old boiler went out completely. Given that they had bumped us, Air Care sent a tech out right away and got our old one to last another week until replacement. We never got a bill for this. I give 5 stars! Got home from work to find out that my boiler system stopped working. I called the emergency number and received excellent customer service. Within a minute or two of placing the call, I received a call back from Matt. He was here within 45 minutes to 1 hour to look at it. He was extremely friendly and explained things very well. He even explained things that I didn't know. Best thing of all is that he never once acted like he didn't want to be here, especially having to come out after hours!
