Doug was very professional and polite. He took time out of his Saturday to diagnose our problem and fix it for a very fair price. We will definitely be calling him for all of our future needs
Had a septic line clog on the weekend. After much frustration finding someone available, Doug responded and was out to our property within an hour. Great guy with professionalism and pleasant personality. Took time to show us what he found and discussed how to avoid future problems. Cleaned up all areas when he finished and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Doug
I called Doug out on an emergency plugged sewer. He responded and kept in touch on when he would and could be there. He arrived promptly and had all the right tools. After a bit of work, cleared the main sewer line and showed me the video on the condition and status of the line. He was prompt, courteous and friendly with good information. I would use him again, hopefully I won't have the need.
