The Dirks team did an incredible job with our A/C replacement. They came out to understand our current system top to bottom, identify issues and provide alternative options. My furnace was acting up and it was also time for the yearly maintenance. Glad to hear Mike was assigned to it because he is a great technician from past experience. He quickly diagnosed a dirty flame sensor and fixed the problem. He has years of expertise and an asset to your company.

We had to replace a motor on our central air conditioner. They were able to come out right away ti diagnose. 3 days later it was up and running. The 2 guys that came out were very personable and knowledgeable. Glad to have it fixed so quickly.
