The tech showed up much faster than anticipated which was terrific since we had standing water. It was diagnosed quickly and work commenced immediately. I was provided a thorough overview and was able to ask a few questions (asked beforehand if it was alright to do so and got the go ahead, kudos).Everything was on the truck to take care of the issue right at that moment so it was a minimal disruption. It was a relief to have it fixed so quick and efficiently.I cannot comment on price (yet) but the quality customer service received from beginning to end of the work itself was great. Dave was fantastic ? Completed kitchen faucet sprayer hose, and hot water valve in master bath..in a timely manner. And he has a great personality !! I would highly recommend Judd Pump to anyone looking for a very skilled licensed plumber.

Had Marty out for a well and septic inspection, he was thorough, explained how things work, what was in good shape, what needed improvement, felt like having the guys from this old house on site.
