    Lately pedicures and manicures haven't been as good. Whether calling to book or booking online, services feel rushed. Uneven nails, the sides of nails not painted, no choice on color just asked for a basic color and given one. Hope to see things improve for what the deluxe Mani and Pedi costs with removal being separate in price each time. Wouldn't come back for a haircut but I would give the Mani pedi a couple more tries.

    Haley did an amazing job on my pedicure! I was so nervous to go to a new place but Haley made me feel comfortable from the start. She took her time and truly seemed to love her job! Every employee seemed very nice and would talk to all clients in the building. Not just their own clients. I will definitely be back.

    Had a great appointment with Lilli. She was professional, efficient, and did quality work. My pedicure looks great, and I’d definitely book with her again!

    Haley does my nails and hair and she is the only one I will trust ever with that she does a phenomenal job if you haven’t seen her you really should! She is so talented and creative!!!

    I wanted to share my experience after giving this salon multiple chances.

    In October 2025, I had a full color service with Haley that cost $320, and I tipped $80. At that appointment, I was told I could return in 6–9 weeks for a simple toning service.

    When I called to schedule that follow-up, I was booked with Haley again for early January 2026 and was told the appointment would take about 40–45 minutes. However, when I arrived, I was informed it would actually be a full color service taking 3–4 hours. This was frustrating because it was not what I was told when booking, and I had planned my time accordingly. If that had been communicated upfront, I would have scheduled differently or declined. I ended up not receiving the toning service at all.

    I decided to give the salon another chance and returned in February 2026 for a trim with Erin. I specifically asked for a U-shaped cut. The appointment felt rushed, and the result was not what I requested. The cut was uneven, and a noticeable section of my hair was missed entirely, which I had to trim myself at home.

    I also experienced discomfort during services due to the stylists’ lifting acrylic nails catching and pulling my hair. This happened on more than one visit, and it’s something I would expect to be managed to ensure a comfortable experience for clients.

    Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of clear communication and attention to detail. I’m simply leaving my honest review based on my experience. I have no intention of returning or seeking an apology, which should have been provided much earlier. Therefore I do give it two stars for my initial hair color service I had with Haley in Oct 2025.
