Our A/C went down during the summer, which I can imagine is a very busy season for them. Terrytown sent Karl to fix our A/C and on top of being very thorough, he was an absolute gentleman. My family is very thankful for Terrytown.
Our water heater went out and Terrytown had a new one ordered within 2 days! Excellent service and excellent plumber that installed it! We were very pleased and impressed by their service and very reasonable price and labor.
After several attempts to fix our septic system problems with others, Terrytown were the ones who actually fixed it. Their hourly rate was a little higher but their efficiency ended up costing less than others who ran up hours without fixing the system.
