We've called Terrytown twice for two different projects in the last week. Denise always answered the phone with a friendly tone. Ben fixed a leak on a water main. He explained how he was going to fix the leak. upon completion he contacted us to let us know he had finished. (Most places just leave)
Pete fixed a leak under a sink. Same day service. He called to mention some other issues that should be addressed and asked if we would like him to repairs those as well.
Overall- It's nice to have someone answer the phone. But getting people who care about what they do for a living and take pride in their work is the best service. Highly recommend Terrytown Plumbing
