My review is for the hospice team specifically, we’ve had such a positive experience with them. They have been responsive, helpful, caring, kind, and have gone out of their way to help me and my loved one. All of the nurses we’ve interacted with have been wonderful - Morgan, Daelan, Cassidy, and many others. Laura, Ryan, and Cara the social workers went out of their way to help me in a time of crisis. Katie the volunteer coordinator and Alan the volunteer have been a godsend more than once donating their valuable time to help us. This was my second time working with SSM Health at Home and Denise was so helpful and extremely kind. The communication was outstanding as well. We had chatted back and forth on the phone and she made it very easy for me to receive a knee scooter from SSM. I will recommend SSM Health at Home to all of my family and friends that are in need of their services! Thanks Denise!
