When our usual HVAC company decided they didn't want to pick up the phone today, I called Pointon. They answered and solved my problem within an hour. I highly recommend this business because of their eagerness to help out and take care of new customers. Well done
I'm a Facilities Manager with 15 years experience working alongside numerous commercial and residential HVAC contractors in the Madison area, from bid to project completion. I contacted Pointon for a project at my own home and my experience with them was top-notch, possibly the best I've had with an HVAC contractor. J.T. wrote a prompt and fair estimate and his technicians carried out the job with skill and precision. It was not an easy job I asked the technicians to do, but they really did fantastic work, no cutting corners. Highly recommend.
I have had a great experience with Pointon from start to finish. Initially JT came out to talk to me about what I was looking for and he listened to what I wanted as well as giving appropriate suggestions that made sense for my needs. He worked up an estimate and emailed it to me within a few hours. Bernie and John did the install on a new furnace, A/C and Smart thermostat. They first laid down a tarp over our carpet to protect the flooring.
