I have had a great experience with Pointon from start to finish. Initially JT came out to talk to me about what I was looking for and he listened to what I wanted as well as giving appropriate suggestions that made sense for my needs. He worked up an estimate and emailed it to me within a few hours. Bernie and John did the install on a new furnace, A/C and Smart thermostat. They first laid down a tarp over our carpet to protect the flooring. I have been using Pointon for the last two years to perform annual maintenance on my HVAC system and as always each time they have come by their staff has always been very professional, friendly and expeditious. I will be using them to install a new external AC unit this Summer.
Great service and quality repairs. Have always got back to us in a timely manner as far as scheduling and repairs. Very fair pricing on maintaining our HVAC system that the installed in our house over 20 years ago. Highly recommend Pointion Heating for your service needs
