I would never recommend supporting this business. I’ve never encountered such rude customer service in my life. I originally called to ask for a quote to replace a light switch. As soon as I asked, the person on the other end responded with “Oh Jesus” in a sarcastic, dismissive tone and then hung up on me. That is unacceptable behavior for any business. It’s clear this person doesn’t care about potential customers. In the end, I did the work myself.
Excellent experience with Joe! Knows what he’s doing and will provide guidance to the customer for their current project. What’s really great is that Joe will discuss what your plans for future upgrades, if any, are so that work being completed can be easily completed and accessed for the next project. Very thorough. Have had work completed residentially and for a small business office. Love working with them and fair prices in comparison to other electricians I have used.
