I got my first dip manicure here, and am very happy with the results! They took me as a walk in about an hour before their listed closing time, and I saw them even accepting people that came in after me. There was no wait time when I arrived, though there was only one other customer at that time.
I got the dip over my natural nails, and I appreciated that they didnt trim or buff them too much, and even were able to work with and save the length of some that were starting to crack/break in spots.
I dont usually do glitters because the texture bugs me, but these are smooth to the touch and thick enough to be sturdy but not so thick that they feel uncomfortable. I also appreciated the technician checking in with me periodically to ask if I liked the length, shape, colors, etc.
I'm very happy with the manicure - they're super pretty in person and feel like they'll last a good while!

My hair was terrible and I needed a last minute cut before the holidays. Not only did Autumn squeeze me in but she made my hair silky soft. It was DAMAGED and she still managed to keep length on it but get the split ends off!

I wish I would have called Brian years ago. I had a big problem with Asian beetles in my basement. I was sweeping up thousands of them every week. My neighbor gave me Brian’s number. He sprayed the outside of my home. Since he sprayed once, I have only found two beetles and they were dead. He was awesome. He was quick and very knowledgeable. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He painted the entire interior of our house and did an outstanding job. He meticulously cleaned up after himself and even rehung all of our pictures exactly where they were before. He was punctual, fulfilled all his promises, and went above and beyond by tackling an additional project for us. I highly recommend Justin for any painting needs and will definitely hire him again.

She personalizes your nails with a mix of both of our personalities creating magic at the fingertips! my nails always last me a month so I only have to make an appt once a month which is super nice!! At a different salon I had a nightmare of an experience( the BEFORE picture) is the day I got home from that appointment. They destroyed my hair, they did NOT give me the color I wanted, they made it darker, fried my hair, I had breakage. I was devastated and thought I’d be “stuck” with this mess.

I had a plumbing emergency late on a friday afternoon, I called Sprecher Plumbing, spoke with Jerry, he went out of his way to help me out, within one hour of the initial phone call he had the problem fixed. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends and family.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
TL;DR: Knowledgeable and friendly service. Efficient installation and repairs. Open, honest and timely communication. Fair and reasonable pricing.
Long-winded version: I reached out to multiple plumbers about a quote to fix my outside faucet. One plumber responded that it would cost about $300.00 just to come out to my house. The other responded that they were really busy, provided me with phone numbers for two other plumbers who would be able to help me, AND provided me with some tips for how to locate my shutoff and how to address my issue (I am a relatively new owner of a manufactured/mobile home).
When I received this response from them, I knew they were the ones for me because they literally tried to direct my business elsewhere because they were too busy to help me immediately. Shortly after receving their response I realized I had a very high iron level issue with my water and ended up scheduling a time for them to come out and test my water and look into installing a filter.
The Office Manager LeeAnne was a pleasure to work with, very polite, very detailed, and she was excellent with follow-up.
Glenn (the plumber) was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable.
When it came to the installation of the filter and fixing the faucet, Glenn was here on time, they got right to work, were finished in what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time, and then walked me through what they did and answered my questions.
It’s always difficult to find experts in these fields if you aren’t knowledgeable yourself and that is why this experience was so important to me, as they again, tried to initially help me by sending my business somewhere else. That’s HUGE.
