I've been to many dentists, and this office is great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and cares about their patients. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. At my age, I appreciate honesty, quality care, and kind people. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Shaina and the staff at Baxter Dental Center were amazing when I was recently confronted with a dental emergency. Lost a crown that caused a serious cosmetic problem. Dr. Shaina worked closely with an oral surgeon in Madison to see to it that the broken tooth was extracted and that I had a temporary tooth appliance created. Beacuse of that great service I do not have to go several weeks with a gap in the front of my teeth. To top it off, Dr. Zhao's team took care of securing a temporary tooth for me on an expedited basis because I was leaving on a two vacation out of town. They bent over backwards to help me under big time constriants.
