They were great to work with. Did a beautiful job rip rapping our shoreline. They also took down a small hill we had about 15' from the shoreline. We now have a gentle slope all the way to the lake. It looks great. Turned out better than we thought it would. We would highly recommend them.

Rude rude rude. Basically sums it up. They “fired” us in 2022 because “we were high maintenance”. We had 2” on the ground. After not being plowed we emailed to ask if they would be plowing they emailed us back that they would no longer be servicing us. Called they to verify and Jeff told us we were high maintenance.

LSU landscaped around our two apartment buildings. They showed up when they said they would, professional, cleaned the site every day and finished the project in a very timely manner. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Great to work with!

this is the worst tow company of all time. i have heard nothing but terrible things about this company. i got into a car accident and lost my only means of transportation. they towed my car and then ignored me for three days and finally decided it was time to return my missed calls and told me my tow bill was $500. not to mention, terrible customer service. extremely rude employees. the second i found out they were towing my car from the auto body shop in st croix i called them. i didn’t have much money but i was hoping to scrap my car to get something. i called them three times and left a voicemail on their “24 hour calling.” the tow bill of around $500, i couldn’t afford that. i don’t know many people with $500 laying around especially for a company that ignores you to get more money out of you. they told me either give up the car or pay their new bill of over $1,000. i surrendered my car and moved on with my life. now i got a call from collections for the bill. crazy how i was told to give up my car or pay the bill. i cannot express how horrible the people and service is here.Service: Car towing

I got my car stuck in a snow bank in the Amery area and am so glad I called Lake Services Unlimited! Time was off the essence as my son with severe special needs was with me and I knew I couldn't wait hours for a tow. Jeff & Cory were there in 15 minutes and immediately figured out the best plan to get me back on the road. They were both super friendly to me & my son and got us back on the road safely & quickly. Very thankful for their great service!

don't sign a contract for landscaping unless every detail down to the last grain of sand is spelled out. you will not get the services you discussed, you will get the bare minimum that the vague contract stated. then when you try to contact Jeff to discuss what you talked about vs the work actually done, he does not answer the phone, 15 call attempts later- he will tell you you should have called sooner if you had a problem. he writes a vague contract for a reason, don't believe a word out of his mouth. buyer beware.
