I called HP Flooring one and a half weeks ago. I talked to Tyson Hetzel regarding my project: replacing 12”x12” adhesive backed floor tile with vinyl plank tile in a very confined room. The project only involved 33 square feet of installation. During this initial contact, he outlined the scope of the project including removal of old tile and the toilet. Also, baseboard trim would have to be removed and replaced. I told him I would do all of that and that I only wanted him to do the replacement flooring. He told me that would be fine.
